(Hereinafter SilaGames)

2- Purpose & Scope

The following Terms & Conditions have as purpose to regulate the availability of the information provided in this platform, as well as the commercial transactions arising between SilaGames and the users of the domain www.silagames.com and the apps belonging to SilaGames. Both, the online website and app navigation, and the use of any of the videogames shown there, imply fully acceptance as user of the following Terms & Conditions. SilaGames may modify the website to make any change deemed appropriate and necessary for the proper functionality of it without prior notice.

6- Security and Payments

The user agrees to pay to SilaGames in the case of acquiring a product or Premium account. Similarly, SilaGames reserves the right to change its rates, fees and prices for its products and service in any time, previously informing of the change to its premium subscribed users. The user is free to cancel payment and subscription of service in case of price changing.

Premium subscribers can cancel that subscription at any time, but in any case the payment will be refunded if its effective month has started. In a cancelation, the reference month will be the following month.

The user can pay with credit card or Paypal safely. Our server uses SSL encryption technology and all operations are made in secured platforms, granting privacy and confidentiality of the data provided.

The purchase of a game doesn't give you rights on it. We only sell you the a limited access to the game for your personal enjoyment. You should NOT:

Modify, merge, distribute, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works of it (if the game owner doesn't give you explicit right for doing that).

Misuse, hack, harm, explot, use cheats, use bots or scripts or make diffamatory comments on the game.

You have 7 days to ask for a refund on any game you've previously bought if the game was not used, downloaded, activated or redeemed.

This means that if you check on your profile the game activation code, installation code, Steam code, Origin code, Rockstar code, Uplay code, download URL, or any other kind of redeemable method of the game, or if you download the game file, all refund options will be gone forever.

If you want to get a refund on any game, you must not go to your profile and check the game keys or game download files.

If the bought game has a Steam, Origin or Uplay redeemable key, is the user resposibility to check if the game can be redeemed or activated in his country. Sila Games will never refund any payment on any game because of a regional block on these platforms.

8- Rewards

Please read this Terms and conditions carefully if you want to apply to any of the rewards or promotions on this site. If you want to participate on any of them, you accept this rules tacitly.

Sila Games can change them at any time. If you have doubts, please contact us.

All this promotions are made exclusively by Sila Games (Sila Software S.L.). No other companies are part of this promotions in any way and therefore, they don't have any resposibility.

Every promotion have an estimated value. If the product can not be given, delivered or sent to the winner for any reason, or if the reward can not be redeemed by the winner, another product will be given with the same estimated value.

If the promotion has no apply button, any user with the same or higher Sila Games' level necessary to apply to that promotion will be elegible to get it. If there is an apply button, the user must click on it and get a verification message in order to participate.

Sila Games will chosse up to 3 random participants on each giveaway when the reward time is over. Sila Games will contact them by email one by one. If the winner doesn't contact back in 48 hours, the next user will be contacted. If none of the three users contact back, the price will be declared void and no reward will be given.

If the given product can not be purchased on the winners country, another reward of the same value will be given. If the delivery costs are higher than $15, the winner must cover them or choose another price of the same value.

Banned and unsuscribed users will be excluded of all the promotions. Also, Sila Games can exclude any user at any time if they consider that it was trying to cheat or was acting with bad faith.

9- Warranties

We warrant that we're legaly enforced to make this Agreement and to grant you access to the SilaGames services and SilaGames games on this site.

10- Termination

We can block, ban, delete or shadowban your account at any time if we detect any malicious actions from you or if you break this Agreement. If so, we can also block access to your previously bought games if we consider it necessary.

If SilaGames stops the activity, we'll try to contact you as soon as possible, so you have time to get or redeem any code or software before the termination.

Any of this situations grant any rights to the user.

11- Governing law

You and we agree that your use of SilaGames' services, content and this Agreement will be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of Spain and that any dispute regarding this Agreement will be heard exclusively by the courts of Spain.

12- Future changes

You agree that this Agreement might change in the future.
